Anna Levy
Piano Study
Grades 6 - ARCT and LRCM
In addition to a Masters Degree from the State Academy of Music in Sofia, Bulgaria, Anna Levy holds her Doctorate of Musical Arts from one of the world’s prominent musical institutions: the Moscow Conservatory. Her teaching methods are based on the Eastern-European traditions of hard working and ambition. Over 25 years of teaching experience has enabled her to recognize the individual potential of all her students and to successfully achieve their goals.

Gregory Myers
Music Theory & History
Gregory Myers holds a PhD in historical musicology and the Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of British Columbia. He has also pursued advanced studies at the University of Virginia (MA), SUNY at Stony Brook and the Moscow Conservatory. Myers is active as a musicologist, bibliographer, author, and educator. He has been a member of the RCM examination board and served on the teaching faculty at Simon Fraser University (Continuing Studies), Kwantlen Polytechnic University and Douglas College.

Karen Wu
Piano Study
Grades 1 - 6
Karen is a professional pianist and full-time piano teacher. She loves performing and teaching piano with an area specialization in teaching beginners and younger children. Karen was born and raised in Taiwan. After moving to Vancouver, she began formal piano training with Henry Waack and Dunja Bohinc , followed by advanced studies with Dr. Anna Levy. She currently holds an Associate Diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Performance, and is pursuing an ARCT Diploma in Piano Pedagogy. Her students have received distinctions in piano exams and awarded in many festivals and competitions.
