We are pleased to announce a piano master class at our studio on Sunday, January 8 at 2:00 p.m. featuring our returning student and success story, Richard He. Richard is currently completing his second year of studies in piano performance at the prestigious Eastman School of Music in New York. This will be a wonderful opportunity for students to meet Richard, to hear him play and share some of his experiences. The master class will be an open lesson for anyone who wishes to play and is free to the public. Everyone is welcome to come and participate! Refreshments will be served.

A young Burnaby pianist is in the spotlight this weekend as part of the Burnaby Clef Society's concerto concert.
Richard He, a winner of the 2009 Clef Society Concerto Competition, will perform Franz Liszt's Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

The Welcome Back Scholarship Concert took place Saturday, September 13, 2008 at Place des Arts in Coquitlam.Thanks to everyone who attended!

"Come hear Place des Arts teacher Anna Levy's senior students perform for a worthy cause. All the proceeds from this concert will go to a growing scholarship fund to be offered to the best and brightest Place des Arts music students.
On this program you will hear: Mozart's Piano Concerto in d minor, No. 20, K. 466 with Christine Wong; Chopin's Scherzo in Bb minor performed by Andrew Huang; Gershwin's "Three Preludes for 2 Pianos" with Michelle Ning and Anna Levy; and Liszt's Piano Concerto No. 1 in Eb Major, played by Richard He. Do not miss this event!"
